Tomás Pinpin est un écrivain, imprimeur et éditeur philippin des XVIe et XVIIe siècles. Il est le premier Philippin à avoir imprimé un livre en ancien tagalog, Arte y Reglas de la Lengua Tagala, écrit par Francisco Blancas de San Jose.
