Thomas Richardson Perry (born August 29, 1980) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the special teams coordinator at Colorado State University. He has also coordinated special teams at Texas A&M University-Commerce, the University of South Alabama, the University of Nevada, Reno, and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
