TriadCity is a multi-user dungeon or MUD (a type of online role-playing game) with a strong emphasis on literary and philosophical themes. It is the flagship offering of the independent games company SmartMonsters and is currently in open beta. TriadCity has been cited in several scholarly forums for its literary merits, including the Cambridge Companion to Postmodernism.
