L'Assemblée législative d'Australie-Occidentale (en anglais : Western Australian Legislative Assembly) est la chambre basse du Parlement d'Australie-Occidentale, un État de l'Australie. Elle siège à Perth, la capitale de l'État. Les membres de l'Assemblée législative sont élus pour des mandats de quatre ans pour représenter des circonscriptions électorales. Ils sont élus selon le vote alternatif. À l'instar de tous les États et territoires australiens, le vote est obligatoire pour les citoyens australiens ayant l'âge de voter, c'est-à-dire 18 ans. (fr)
The Western Australian Legislative Assembly, or lower house, is one of the two chambers of the Parliament of Western Australia, an Australian state. The Parliament sits in Parliament House in the Western Australian capital, Perth. The Legislative Assembly today has 59 members, elected for four-year terms from single-member electoral districts. Members are elected using the preferential voting system. As with all other Australian states and territories, voting is compulsory for all Australian citizens over the legal voting age of 18. (en)

Zgromadzenie Ustawodawcze Australii Zachodniej (ang. Western Australian Legislative Assembly) – izba niższa parlamentu stanowego Australii Zachodniej. Składa się z 59 członków wybieranych na czteroletnią kadencję w jednomandatowych okręgach wyborczych, z zastosowaniem ordynacji preferencyjnej. Podobnie jak we wszystkich wyborach organizowanych w Australii, głosowanie jest obowiązkowe. Zgromadzenie powstało w 1890, z chwilą uzyskania przez Australię Zachodnią autonomii w ramach Imperium Brytyjskiego. Początkowo w przy głosowaniu stosowano cenzusy płci i posiadania ziemi. W 1893 prawo do udziału w wyborach rozszerzono na wszystkich mężczyzn z wyjątkiem Aborygenów, a w 1899 przyznano je także kobietom. Przywódca frakcji posiadającej najwięcej miejsc w Zgromadzeniu jest zwyczajowo mianowany przez gubernatora premierem stanu. W obecnej kadencji (2008-2012) żadna z partii nie ma wyraźnej większości. Choć najwięcej miejsc w Zgromadzeniu zdobyła Australijska Partia Pracy, mniejszościowy rząd stanowy tworzy Liberalna Partia Australii, popierana przez Narodową Partię Australii i deputowanych niezrzeszonych.
