William Emmanuel Rappard (* 22. April 1883 in New York; † 29. April 1958 in Bellevue; heimatberechtigt in Hauptwil und Bellevue) war ein Schweizer Ökonom, Diplomat und Politiker (LdU). Er wurde in der Zwischenkriegszeit vor allem bekannt als Verteidiger der Neutralität der Schweiz.
