- Williston Birkhimer Palmer (* 11. November 1899 in Chicago, Illinois; † 10. November 1973 in Washington, D.C.) war ein US-amerikanischer General der US Army, der unter anderem zwischen 1955 und 1957 Vize-Chef des Generalstabes des Heeres (Vice Chief of Staff of the Army) sowie von 1957 bis 1959 stellvertretender Oberbefehlshaber der US-Streitkräfte in Europa USEUCOM (US European Command) war. Nach einjähriger Ruhestandzeit war er zwischen 1960 und 1962 noch erster Leiter der Abteilung für militärische Unterstützung im US-Verteidigungsministerium. Sein jüngerer Bruder war ebenfalls General und löste ihn 1959 als stellvertretender Leiter der US-Streitkräfte in Europa ab, so dass die beiden die ersten Brüder in der Geschichte der US Army waren, die zeitgleich den höchsten Dienstgrad eines Generals innehatten.
