World Netball wurde 1960 gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in der MediaCityUK in England. Präsidentin ist die Engländering . World NEtball ist Mitglied der Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF).# World Netball gehören 49 Nationalverbände sowie 25 assoziierte Verbände an. La Fédération internationale de netball (en anglais et officiellement International Netball Federation) (INF) est une association sportive internationale qui fédère 48 fédérations nationales du monde entier. L'IFNA est affiliée à l'Association générale des fédérations internationales de sports et à l'Association des fédérations internationales de sports reconnues par le Comité international olympique. Elle est également partie prenante de l'Agence mondiale antidopage. Elle est responsable du classement mondial des équipes nationales, de la définition des règles officielles et de l'organisation de compétitions internationales majeures. Au 18 janvier 2021, l'équipe d'Australie est première au classement mondial de l'INF, suivie par la Nouvelle-Zélande, l'Angleterre, la Jamaïque et l'Afrique du Sud. (fr)
