Xipaya (or Shipaja or Xipaia) is an endangered language spoken in the Pará region of Brazil. It is one of the approximately 70 Tupian languages of South America. At last count, Xipaya was only spoken by two elderly women in Altamira, Pará.

Grande parte dos xipaias hoje fala o português, sendo que apenas alguns idosos na cidade de Altamira ainda sabem a língua. Como houve uma época em que foram forçados a migrar para a terra dos Caiapós, muitos deles sabem se comunicar na Língua caiapó (Tronco macro-jê), contudo não é uma prática rotineira.
