Xyleutes is a genus of moths belonging to the family Cossidae and typical of the tribe Xyleutini. Many species of Xyleutes are considered as crop or forestry pests. They are stem borers boring the branches and trunks of coffee, teak, eucalyptus, acacia and other forest trees.
