Yevgeni Andreyevich Iskritsky (August 15, 1874 – July 27, 1949) was a Russian Empire and Soviet military commander, author, teacher, a hero of the First World War, lieutenant general in the Imperial Russian army, who fell in with the winning side in the Russian Civil War yet was still a victim of Stalin's purges.
