Zhou Zuyi (Chinese: 周祖翼; pinyin: Zhōu Zǔyì; born January 1965) is a Chinese politician who is the current Communist Party Secretary of Fujian and the Minister of Human Resources and Social Security. He is a member of the 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a representative of the 19th and the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
