CHRISTOPHER SMITH: I chose Dick’s Sporting Goods because I have a love for sports, and just seemed like somewhere I would really fit and enjoy what I was doing.
MALAV PATEL: This company cares about its community. This company is more than just making money. And that’s the type of company I wanted to work for.
MOLLY HUGHES: What surprised me the most, was honestly, how much I learned and how welcomed I felt in this community.
MEGAN REIMER: All the different connections I made with people all over the different areas of the business.
ALICE KENAWELL: I was surprised by how much responsibility. I was given as an intern. I was given projects that I was the leader of.

TYLER WILSON: They really took me in and they treated me like a coworker and not just an intern.
JAMAL AHMED: I would say my favorite part of this experience is probably the people. We spent a lot of time here together, just like learning from each other, but also hanging on after work.
KIRSTEN BECK: It was so fun to be with all the other interns, eat great food, win some prizes, and get to look at a great view of the city.
MALAV PATEL: You will soon realize once you join this internship, all these interns will become your next family.
KIRSTEN BECK: We are also sad to say goodbye to each other, because this summer meant a lot to all of us.
TYLER WILSON: Man, we did a lot this summer.
JAMAL AHMED: I think it was a really worthwhile experience, because I really learned a lot about how businesses this size operate.
TYLER WILSON: And they’ve created a great environment for learning, for growing, for developing, and for the ability to really grow and build a career at Dick’s Sporting Goods.
MEGAN REIMER: There’s endless opportunities for you here. And just fitting in with the culture, is really what drove me to want to grow and start my career here.
MOLLY HUGHES: So as a Dick’s intern, you will feel important, you will feel welcomed, and above all, you will be a part of the team.
