Ampelus (Latin) or Ampelos (Ancient Greek: Ἄμπελος, lit. "Vine") was a town in the southeast extremity of ancient Crete, on a cape of the same name.[1][2]
Its site is tentatively located near Farmakokefalo.[1][3]
