Blacqueville (French pronunciation: [blakvil]) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

A farming village situated in the Pays de Caux 16 miles (26 km) northwest of Rouen, at the junction of the D263 and the D22 roads.
