SHELBOURNE
Shelbourne host Waterford United in Tolka Park in a game that's been brought forward to 7.15pm due to ongoing issues with the floodlights in Drumcondra.
Shelbourne welcome Waterford hoping to register their third win on the bounce, having only won twice in the previous nine league games. Kevin Doherty's side rediscovered their winning touch with a narrow 1-0 victory over Cabinteely at Tolka Park, and added a goalscoring touch last week as they beat Athlone by the odd goal in five.
A fifth win of the season could lift Shels into the top half of the table for the first time this season.
WATERFORD UNITED
Roddy Collins celebrated his first game in charge on Waterford United with a win, coincidentally also over Cabinteely, at the RSC.
Collins praised Waterford's Head of Football Operations with picking the team last Friday, so the visit of Shels will see him take total control of the team selection process for the very first time, though he's unlikely to tinker too much with a side that ran out comfortable winners last week.
Last week's victory lifted Waterford off the foot of the table, but the best victory today could do, is take them up to sixth.
