Leave a reply to this entry with your username, the fandom (if appropriate) of your choice, and any specifics that a potential author/artist will need to create your ultimate fic/piece of art/icon.

Please use the following template and ensure to include the amount you're willing to donate in order to have this custom made masterpiece created for you... and all in the name of a very worthy cause. If a willing author/artist emerges, you will be contact by the mods and requested to make your donation. Once we have confirmation of your donation, your author/artist can start working.
