Yes, that is a giant plaster on its tail, poor thing is all covered in "Boo-boos"

Its difficult to make him look cute without taking away everything that makes him the evil joe we all know and love, spicky jaw and scarred body and everything.

I've actually based this off original concept art of him, i couldnt be bothered to hunt one for reference.
