I think some of Fleur's less-benign expressions stem from the whole 'Looking-Out For Him' premise. She's not exactly a bodyguard but she wants to protect him from the more cut-throat aspects of Canterlot society, using her own reputation of being some gold-digging bimbo as a disguise as she infiltrates the goings-on of Fancy's enemies.
Top-Left: "I don't know if I can trust this one...this 'Rarity'. What's she really up to?"
Middle-Left: "Who does this 'Blueblood' think he is?"
Bottom-Left: "Oh darling, you and your grand gestures are going to be the end of you"
Bottom-Right: "They're planning to...kill him? My Fancy?"
