It is the night after Kris-tran's death and Lazarus tries his best to cheer up his best friend. It will take a long time for Seven to recover from the loss of such a beloved wolf in her life, but Lazarus wants to be there for her. Lazarus is the last wolf to be empathetic or sensitive. But Seven is a special wolf. She is his go-to when he wants to go on some adventure or do something cool. When he's with her he has so much fun, and he's so happy, which is all Lazarus wants from his life. So maybe he doesn't understand what she's going through, but her suffering is clear even to him, and he's going to do whatever it takes to bring her back.

Liquid Stars (Seven and Lazarus) Lazarus The news had sent Lazarus’ mood plummeting, and his mind a muddled mess. Kris’tran was dead… Seven’s father was dead. Seven herself was nowhere to be found, though her scent was still there, leading away from the main den site. Lazarus paused when he found it, hesitating.
