Okay. So this is gonna be an extremely long journal, so if you are interested in buying my designs, I have make the following journal into sections, you may want to pressCtrl+f to find a keyword, I will be putting small foot notes so you can search that way if you wish.

1.1 General Rules:
- Once you buy a design from me, that design is now yours, meaning you may to whatever you wish with that design, apart from claiming the original design was created by you.
- You may use the design for, general character use, role playing, venting, storyboards, shipping.
- If my design looks similar to another, I will take-down or edit the design to look different, if I do take reference/inspiration I always message the artist first, however circumstances will occur where designs are bound to have similarities since obviously there are 1000's adoptables on dA everyday.
- It is your choice whether you decide to show me the work you then do with the design, it is always nice to see, but that is your prerogative.
- Yes, you may use the design you buy from for Breeding! (PLEASE NOTE. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COLLAB ADOPTABLES I MAKE WITH OTHER ARTISTS, YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK WITH THEM SPECIFICALLY BUT THE ANSWER IS USUALLY NO.)

1.2 Set Price Rules: - It is not a time-based event, it works on a first come first-serve basis.

1.3 Auction Rules:
- Auctions will state the currency/increments that you bid on, on the specific link.
- You must reply to the last bidder or your bid will be invalid.
- You must be polite, just because someone may have more points than you. (Applies to adopting in general too)
- You must be able to pay within 48 Hours, otherwise the design will go to the next bidder.
- If there is a feud between people I may end the auction and withdraw all bids and keep the design myself.
-If a bidder withdraws then the auction is extended for an extra 128 Hours

1.4 Offer To Adopt: (OTA): Offer to adopt, is offering various things in a chance to win a design
- My personal order of what I want the most from OTA's will always be
Paypal>Points>Designs-Characters/Customs/Art - You must check how much the minimum price I will allow offers to be.
- This may be a time based event or I may end it if it has reached an AB price or I have been given an offer I am happy with.

1.5 Reselling Rules:
" So I've bought a design for you, but I don't feel like I connect with them, can I resell them?"
- Yes you may. However, please sell them for what you bought them for from me, or less.
- The only difference being is if the design comes with additional art, then you may price them on what you see fit for that particular OC.
- Please alert me if you are reselling the design, I am always happy for you to resell them but please make me aware of this otherwise I will just assume someone has stolen the design.

2.1 Co-Ownership

Co-ownership can be alot of fun, and everyone has their own rules with it, I am pretty relaxed with the whole concept of co-owning but there is somethings I would like you to abide by if you would like to co-own adoptables with me.
- Co-ownership means we own it together, then I want to know if you are planning to make any changes with it designwise or lorewise.
- I am happy for you to use it for whatever you wish, just please do not resell the OC, because obviously that is not fair if it belongs to the two of us. (I may rebuy half you paid for the OC to keep it entirely)

2.2 Closed Species:
- I do have rights to the following closed species: Cotton Mouths, Dessert Tails, Feather Ponies, Galactis Ponies.
- If you are buying a design which belongs to a closed species please contact the owner for any specific queries.

2.3 Crediting
- As briefly described I would preferably like to know of how you are going to use the adoptable, but I do not expect you to tag me every time you use them.
- If you are going to use them for breeding, please show me! I may be interested in buying them.

2.4 Payment.
- 90% of the time I require payments through purchase buttons, this allows me to convert the points into money, for me to use for my savings.
- If you are new to my adoptables, I link to to an example of what the purchase button looks like, and where to find it.

- Can't find the purchase button? You are most likely on another device such as an iPad, Tablet or Mobile phone, a solution to this is scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking "Switch to desktop site" that allows you to then see the webpage as if you were on a PC or Laptop, then you may use the purchase button as usual.
- If you do not have access to a PC or Laptop, I will redirect you to one of my close friends for them to receive the and they pay me through the widget instead.
- I will say how I require to be paid when you win the design, it may be direct through the gift/donation pool, but most of the time I require payment via the buttons above explained.

2.5 Commissions

2.6 Withdrawing bids, Sanctions and Blacklisting:
How it will happen:
- You ignore my rules once*, you will get a warning
- You ignore my rules twice*, you will not be allowed to bid on my designs for a month
- You ignore them a third*time and your account will be blacklisted from my account
- If you break a major rule you will be blacklisted immediately.
**These are for "minor" incidents which I will explain below:

Minor incidents which will result in a warning:
- If you do not pay within the time limit
- If you pay me the wrong way more than once
- If you hide your bids

Major incidents which will result in you being blacklisted:
- If you steal one of my designs
-If you are insulting/rude/swear at me
