Seth is Zoe's troublesome adoptive younger brother. He's always trying to help but often just ends up creating a mess for other people to deal with.

Oh yeah, those blocks are so tricky to deal with in the game...and this one looks like a troublemaker too.

In the group shot, I was really wondering which block he represented...But on his own it seems rather obvious in hindsight given the multiple hints layered everywhere.
