AFRANE (Amitié franco-afghane) est une organisation non gouvernementale (ONG) créée en 1980 avec deux objectifs statutaires : apporter une aide humanitaire aux populations afghanes sinistrées et informer sur l’Afghanistan. Des comités régionaux se sont créés un peu partout en France et relayent son action.
