FurFright 2009: October 16 - 18 (original) (raw)

Just got back from FurFright. Was alright this year, saw some old friends though a lot more didn't catch - and quite a few only saw during the last few hours before departing.

Big props out to raz_raccoon for picking me up from the train and he, Nemy, and happypup for food runs. Also to Happy and rjwolf & plastiger for holding onto my stuff today.

Roomed with catmandux this con, it's nice to shave off some of the cost but still have plenty of space.

The con was okay, I don't know I'm just not into conventions these days it seems. Arrived about midnight on friday, pain in the ass by train from NYC. Camera started acting up early on, I don't know if it had turned on in my bag while I was traveling or not but it was on low batter right from the start - despite charging it the night before. The juice I had was used as best as could be done, skipped taking photos of the parade since I figured there should be plenty of them floating around.
