This is a four-page piece by Moore called C.B.? - That's A Big Ten-Four, from the Dukes of Hazzard Annual 1983, published by Grandreams late in 1982, and dated for the following year, as is traditional with UK annuals. This is essentially the same as one of the pieces in the BJ and the Bear Annual 1982, previously posted here, except for the page of text at the beginning, which isn't in the earlier piece.
