About the BCA

The Billiard Congress of America (BCA) is dedicated to fostering the growth and excellence of our industry. BCA members gain access to networking and community-building resources at our annual trade show, discounts with leading manufacturers, and a robust library of industry research and business news. Additionally, the BCA oversees the Billiard Congress of America Hall of Fame, and operates the Professional Billiard Instructors Association (PBIA).

As the North American representative to the World-Pool Billiard Association, the BCA selects players for world championships, provides input on rules and specifications, and publishes the "Official Rules and Records Book, World-Standardized Rules."
