It is breathtaking how often series and pairs of things pop up when you let yourself look around. I hope that one day I will have an extensive collection of such pairs. Even Plato said something about lovers as halves of one. On the other hand, Judith Butler questioned the binary of gender. For sure, there are much more opinions about it. I’d like to find out if there is a specific social order which manifests itself in series like those on the photos.
