| | Hello, Hello!Even though I haven't posted in like...forever, I do still check in from time to time. That being said, I know there have been many username changes, people starting new journals, etc.Recently I received notifications of a couple of people wanting to join this community and artisti_tutti. I had to reject them as their journals were less than thirty (30) days old, had maybe two entries (even though they've been members of Live Journal for years), and/or userpics weren't credited, the usual reasons for rejection.However, like I mentioned before, I know usernames have changed and new journals created. So.Before requesting to be a member at juicy_grapes please fill out the NAME CHANGE FORM. If you haven't had a name change and would still like to apply to be a member, here are our basic rules:Journals must be at LEAST 30 days old and Active. Let me know if you've been a member before under what name and that you've started a new journal. Userpics must be credited with a LINK back to the Community and/or Maker There's a couple more but my mind just went blank. lol If you wish to become a Maker here, please fill out THIS FORMLastly (at least for the moment), remember that artisti_tutti is for Graphics Makers and not the general public looking for graphics they can use. It's kind of like a bulletin board with announcements, graphics related questions, and the like.Hope that helps clear things up for now. I guess I was feeling my heritage when I created the community). There are 64 members at the moment, not sure how many are still actively making on LJ. It's for all LJ graphics makers, you just have to join and friend the community. Tell your maker friends even. Doesn't matter what community you are a maker in, or you're not in a multi-maker community at all. Everyone's welcome. I sure would appreciate you guys spreading the word for me. You can ask questions, get help. discuss techniques, talk about the different graphics programs, and a whole lot more.After being out of circulation for so long, I know that I have questions, etc. and would love to go get some answers at artisti_tutti. This way I won't have to multi-post in different, community-specific maker communities that I'm a member of. Being public, I want everyone/anyone to feel comfortable if they need or want to comment to me.In a nutshell, the end of 2013 and beginning of 2014 have brought me nothing but hardships. Newly discovered physical health problems, a severe puncture wound in my wrist, and most recently and notably, the passing (Feb. 11th) of my 20 year old pussthing Mr. Finney. This is all in addition to problems I was already having including losing ALL of my graphics making materials, all of my personal images, and all of my music. (Out of 2000+ songs, I've only recovered a little over 300 so far) when my external harddrive crashed. :/Onward and upward I guess, hey? So, I'm trying to get back to making graphics and updating my personal journal more often.Very important - I can't express in words the appreciation and gratitude for my Makers and Friends who have continued to keep this community running during my longer-than-expected hiatus.
