Terms of Service
If you commission me, regardless if you read through this page, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service. Failing to follow my ToS may result in cancellation of your commission with a refund, and a potential blacklisting from future commissions from me.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION AT ANY TIME OR CANCEL A COMMISSION AT ANY TIME.

Will/Will Not Draw
As of right now I will only be drawing these things for commissions:
- Canine feral (will do anthro if you get a bust commission)
- Feline feral (will do anthro if you get a bust commission)
- Basic backgrounds
I apologize greatly for the limited selection, but I want to make sure I am 100% comfortable drawing something before I offer them as commissions.This page will absolutely change as I get more comfortable drawing specific things!
Reference Sheets
- I require a CLEAR DIGITAL REFERENCE of all the character colors/markings in order to accept your commission.
- I will not work off of text descriptions or shaded references.
- I will work off a traditional reference but there must be a digital color palette somewhere on the reference! I will not work from a traditional palette.
- Make sure your reference sheet is up to date! Otherwise, be sure to mention any changes in your order form.
- I have the right to refuse your commission if I deem the character design too difficult for my comfort zone.
Artwork Rights
- I, the artist, reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work.
- I, the artist, have the right to publish your commission to any website, unless you, the commissioner, request it stays private.
- You, the commissioner, may use commissioned work for personal use only, and may re-upload your commission to your gallery if you desire as long as proper credit/link-backs are given.
- You, the commissioner, are not allowed to use your commission for commercial use, and you are not allowed to re-sell my work.
- If you'd like commercial use for the commission, you must pay me triple what the usual commission price is. For example if you buy a full body for 20,andwanttosellthemaspinsorcharms,youmustpayme20, and want to sell them as pins or charms, you must pay me 20,andwanttosellthemaspinsorcharms,youmustpayme60 total.
- You, the commissioner, may request an un-watermarked version of your commission but you are not allowed to re-upload that anywhere. If you re-upload my work, it must be the watermarked version!
- You, the commissioner, may edit your commission (for example to add a filter, make it transparent, etc) but you still have to credit me if you decide to reupload it!
- Under any circumstance may you NEVER use my artwork for anything related to NFTs.
Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments are made via Paypal Invoices (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments made with cryptocurrency of any kind will be immediately refunded, your commission will be canceled, and you will be blacklisted from buying anything from me ever again.
- I require payment in full before I begin working. Be sure you have the funds ready when you contact me! Payment must be within 24 hours. If the 24 hour period is up and you haven't paid, your slot will be canceled.
- Refunds are only given if I am unable to work on a commission, and if that happens, you will be refunded in full, even if I have worked on the commission.
- Please keep in mind that if I cancel a commission after I have given you a sketch, and issue you a full refund, I will be recycling the sketch as a YCH. If you want to avoid this and keep the sketch for your own use, I will only refund partial payment.
- The client is responsible for their own personal funds. I will not issue refunds for failure to manage your own money.
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise by me.
- If you issue a chargeback at ANY time during the process it will result in an immediate blacklist and possibly a customer beware depending on how severe it is.
- If you absolutely need a refund please contact me and we can discuss it. This all depends on how far along I am on the commission and what the personal situation is. I am willing to work with you if you are willing to respect me enough not to cause problems by issuing a chargeback on me.
Timeframe
- It'll take at least 2-4 weeks for the commission to be finished from the day you paid.
- If your commission is not finished within the 4 week period, feel free to send me a DM/email asking about it's progress, I won't bite! I'll be happy to provide you with an update.
- Please do not ask me for a WIP every day/multiple times a week! It's obnoxious and makes me feel pressured :(

Sketch Approvals and Edits
I will send a WIP/rough sketch for all commissions!
Please make sure to point out if you would like anything changed when I am still in the sketching stage. This is the only stage where I will allow major changes (such as pose, expression, etc).
Major pose edits to the sketch will result in a fee ($5 minimum. Depends on complexity of the changes).
If you change the pose completely and pay the fee I will likely recycle the original sketch I have given you for something else. Please keep this in mind when requesting pose edits.
Minor edits to the final product (missing colors/markings/etc) are okay.
Big edits (expression/pose changes AFTER the lineart stage is finished) will result in a fee ($10 minimum. Depends on complexity of the changes).
Please please make sure you're 100% satisfied with your sketch before you tell me to continue with the commission! I am not responsible for anything that you miss during the sketching stage and I will not refund you if you tell me afterwards that you are not happy with it.

Full-Color Sketches

- These are fully colored!
- "Sketch" refers to the line quality, as the lines will be a bit more loose on this commission type. The coloring will stay consistent and neat!
These come with solid or gradient background/simple shape background only! You may also receive a transparent background version.
Headshots

- These are fully colored!
- The lines will be a lot neater and less loose than the full-color sketches commission type.

Backgrounds
Simple Backgrounds

- These backgrounds are offered with the Flat-Color and Shaded commission types for an additional fee!
- These backgrounds do not have much depth/texture. They are usually flat colored and have simple shapes and/or silhouettes.
Complex Backgrounds
$50
- These backgrounds are offered with the Shaded commission type for an additional fee!
- I put the most effort into these backgrounds and I do my best to give them depth/texture. They are shaded and have more complex shapes.
How to Order
Please make sure to check out my ToS before ordering a commission from me. Ordering a commission from me means that you automatically agree to those terms, regardless whether or not you read them.
Commission slots are announced via my Twitter!I will use google forms to collect information and references for your commission. The link to this form will be provided whenever I announce general commission openings.Please be prepared to give me links to references in your google form. I recommend using st.ash on DeviantART, Dropbox, Google Images, or any other image sharing website of your choosing.Once your form has been submitted, I will send an invoice if I decided to accept your commission. Once paid, you can always track your commission progress on my Trello!If I am opening for a specific type of commission (headshots only, full bodies only, YCHs, etc), I will likely not use the google form. Whether or not the form is required for a commission will be specified in my Twitter post!
