Over in Russia Vladimir Putin with his very good intelligence saw the City Clerk approve the anti-homeless ballot proposition for the City of Los Angeles. He knows that there is a high risk that the tyranny of the majority might vote to take rights away from a homeless minority and this reminds him that in the area that he is responsible for there is also a potential risk that a majority of Ukrainians might unfairly vote to take freedom away from ethnic Russians who are a very important minority in the Ukraine that deserve protection by whatever means that are needed. The Joe Buscaino anti-homeless ballot proposition is a important powerful reminder that in any democracy that a Tryannical majority might potentially vote to take rights away from a important minority and that the rights of minorities are not adaquately protected in ANY democracy. Every single vote for Joe Bucainos anti-homeless ballot proposition will confirm Vladimir Putins fear that Democracy is inherently dangerous and inpossible to trust. Pretty please vote against the Joe Buscaino anti-homeless ballot proposition in order to demonstrate that careful voters are capable of respecting the rights of minorities so that democracy can earn its respect back if that anti-homeless ballot proposition is defeated by a wide margin or disqualified from the ballot by lack of needed signatures. Pretty please refuse to collect signatures for the Joe Buscaino safer streets anti-homeless ballot proposition. ">

Joe Buscainos anti-homeless ballot proposition that requires all homeless people and low income tenants to remain standing whenever on public property ( sidewalks and parks and beaches E.T.C. ) by prohibiting sitting down or lying down or sleeping anywhere inside the city of Los Angeles is extremely unfair to all poor people. .. Two billionaire radio talk show hosts expect this ballot proposition to pass by 64% of the vote. About 64% of Angelinos are very high income and only 36% of Angelenos are poor. This anti-homeless ballot proposition is a example of the tyranny of the majority possibly planning on voting to extremely reduce or eliminate the rights of a minority that is not rich and powerful. The tyranny of the majority is a potential very serious flaw in democracy. If this ballot proposition is actually passed by voters it will show that democracy is not really a good form of government because minority rights are not adaquately protected especially for poor minorities.
