The RELAX NG Compact Schema section of the syntax spec points to a file with a .rng extension. The convention I have observed is that RNC uses .rnc extensions and the XML RNG syntax uses .rng. Matters slightly to humans, more to makefiles, and potentiall a lot should RNC and RNG be identified by extension and served with mime types.

Proposal: rename it.
