Minor editorial correction.
In section 5.3.4 of the XPointer spec, "Tests for point and range Locations", the links from "NodeType" and "NodeTest" both point into a non-final October 1999 draft of XPath, http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/PR-xpath-19991008.html#NT-NodeType They should be updated to point into the XPath 1.0 November 1999 spec at http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xpath-19991116 instead.
