Micevski earner 43 caps for the Macedonian national team with his last being in 2002 at the age of 32. Now, 16 years later, he is still playing and scoring like before. It is true that he is not playing on a high level, but having in mind his age it still counts. He is part of Poeshevo, currently first-placed team in the 4.MFL Bitola and firm favorites to win promotion into the 3.MFL Southwest.
Two days ago his Poeshevo welcomed promotion rivals Zelena Livada in a postponed match of Round 23. Poeshevo was leading 1:0 when in the 59th minute Micevski made a solo run dribbling everyone on his way and scoring a great goal. Later his teammates added three more goals to cement the first place and win the league. Besides Micevski, whole 90 minutes featured his national team teammate Goran Stavrevski as well.
With four rounds left, thanks to this win Poeshevo secured the first place. It is still unsure whether there will be a promotion play-off against other fourth league group winners or Poeshevo will directly get promoted.
