This is the main navigation for the document and the primary entry point. It is intended to be a quick start and overview which will have a hyperlinked diagram indicating sample work flows for common operations such as submitting a bug fix and adding a new API.

At one time these sections also contained a schedule for when they would be completed, but those dates have long since passed and the schedule has been removed.� It appears that supporting external contributors was never very high-priority.
