I plan to do a Python 2.2.2 beta release this Monday (if Fred's and Tim's time is available to do their part).

Please finish your changes to 2.2.2 before the weekend is over!

Remember, use "cvs update -r release22-maint" to check out the 2.2.2 release branch.
