Don't rely on me getting importlib bootstrapped in by 3.1\. It would be great if I pull it off, but I am afraid that is being optimistic. The library itself should definitely be done, though.

Focusing on 3.1 should be ok.
So what are the expected efforts for 3.1?

\- import-in-Python
\- ... anything else?
