curl
The build of curl 8.5.0 is available.
Curl.exe is able to work on a FPU-less machine using just 4 MB of extended memory. It is linked against OpenSSL, libssh2, Watt-32, zlib, libemu from DJGPP and does support TLS 1.3. See also the output of `curl.exe -V' for details.
Curllite.exe should be used only as a last resort, for instance, if curl.exe suffers from a lack of memory. This executable is linked against mbedTLS instead of OpenSSL, as a result, TLS 1.3 is not supported.
The all-in-one archive contains both binaries and some documentation.
