The City of Morro Bay Our Water Program included replacement of the City’s wastewater treatment plant with an advanced water purification facility that meets state regulations, protects the environment, and is capable of contributing a drought buffer, and a safe and reliable water source for Morro Bay’s homes and businesses in the future.
