MUQARNAS (original) (raw)

One thousand years ago, a new architectural form was invented. It spread all over the Islamic world as a sign of its architecture. It was named muqarnas.

To evolve it continued until the ages of ignorance and lethargy covered it with dust, and it was presumed dead.

New age has come; new technology has arrived; now and here,
muqarnas arises again.
