The first demo originally released by Death.

There are several versions of this demo. The one displayed in the picture is professionally made and came with a black tape. (As can be seen in the picture, some versions of the demo included an interview, and not "Slaughterhouse".) There is also a special "Fan Club Version" that includes, after "Summoned to Die", a track called simply "Instrumental". It was later retitled "Zombie Attack", and was part of the live setlist for a while.
