    Denmark have three successive men's handball world titles
    Denmark won their third successive men's Olympic handball medal as they overcame Germany in the final.
    Mathias Gidsel top-scored for the Danes with 11 goals as they ran out 39-26 winners.
    Their victory adds to the gold they won at Rio 2016 and silver at Tokyo 2020.
    Spain claimed bronze earlier in the day after they edged past Slovenia 23-22.

    Norway beat defending champions France 29-21 in the women's handball final to win Olympic gold at the Pierre Mauroy stadium on Saturday.
    Denmark won 30-25 against Sweden, in the bronze medal match.
    Norway led 15-13 at half-time in their encounter with the Tokyo gold medallists, with Bredal Oftedal and Henny Reistad contributing four points each.
    In the second period Norwegian goalkeeper Katrine Lunde excelled with 12 saves.
    The French fans belted out Edith Piaf's iconic song "Je ne regrette rien" to support their defeated team at the final whistle.
