Allan McGregor has now returned to Rangers
Goalkeeper Allan McGregor and manager John Connolly have been recognised for St Johnstone's improved form in the Bell's monthly awards.
McGregor, back at Rangers at the end of his loan spell, has been named player of the month in the SFL.
Connolly is Division One manager of the month after guiding his side to four wins and a draw during December.
The 22-year-old McGregor kept five clean sheets, Saints losing 4-0 in their first game without him.
He racking up 11 shut-outs in all for the Perth side.
Meanwhile, midfielder Tom Brighton has rejected the chance to join St Johnstone on loan.
Brighton held talks with Connolly, who reported that the 20-year-old, who had a spell at Scunthorpe United, wants to remain at Ibrox in an attempt to break into the first team.
