 Marshall broke his leg while on loan at Hull West Brom midfielder Lee Marshall has been forced to retire after failing to recover from a serious leg injury. The 26-year-old fractured both the tibia and fibula in his right leg last April during a loan spell at Hull.The former England U-21 star struggled on his return for the reserves two months ago and has decided to retire.Marshall said: "I'm gutted my professional career has come to an end so early and it is going to take me some time to come to terms with it." |
