LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1919.

Governor. 6th March, 1934.

I, Sir Philip Woolcott Game, Governor of the State of

New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive

Council, in pursuance of the Local Government Act, 1919,

do hereby appoint David Hunter, Esquire, a member of

the Council of the Municipality of Waverley, to be Mayor

of the said Municipality.
