NEW YORK, August 11— The mys-

terious activities of Dr. Gerhardt Alois

Westrick, Hitler's trade emissary to

America and now described as

'"Americas No. 1 Mystery Man," were

financed by an initial account of

5,000,000 dollars (£1,250,000), deposited

in a San Francisco bank, according to

a confidential bulletin, entitled "The

Hour," says the New York Post. Addi-

tional deposits have been made since,

all the money coming from Germany.
