Logged In: YES user_id=29957 Commenting out line 467 stops these errors, but there's still a keyerror lying around.

Logged In: YES user_id=308438 Fixed by closing used handlers and tidying up loggers to remove closed handlers. Checked into CVS. Tested on Windows only.
