If the Python version number changes (as it did this week) Mac/pythonw should get rebuilt so it fires up the correct real Python executable.

Logged In: YES user_id=580910 pythonw should depend on the Makefile and the Makefile should be automaticly rebuild when config.status changes (just like the toplevel Makefile). I'll check in a patch this weekend, I need to test before I do the checkin.
