The attached patch fixes a couple of missing imports in ctypes documentation examples.

Logged In: YES user_id=33168 Thanks for the patch. I think WinError is meant to be a user defined error. There isn't one in ctypes that I saw. So I left that part of the patch out. Instead of adding an import, I used UINT which was already imported and conformed to the prototype given above. Committed revision 52515. (2.5) Committed revision 52514. (2.6)
