Logged In: YES user_id=44345 Assigning back to Fred. Initial cut at liblogging.tex is checked in. It's essentially just a mechanical translation of pydoc.help(logging).Note that Vinay's documentation at http://www.red-dove.com/python_logging.htmlhas not been converted. This still needs to be done.
