Issue 732143: exit status of latex2html "ignored" (original) (raw)

latex2html discovered an error building the lib html docs. It correctly prints:

*** Session transcript and error messages are in /build/packages/python2.3/python2.3-2.2.102/Doc/html/lib/lib.how. *** Exited with status 25. The relevant lines from the transcript are: [...]

but then exits with an exit status of 1, which lets make continue and makes it harder to find the actual error.

Not sure, if this is the correct fix, but why not exit with the error you show the user?
