Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition (original) (raw)

The Remember the Triangle Fire Coalition connects individuals and organizations with the 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire — one of the pivotal events in US history and a turning point in labor’s struggle to achieve fair wages, dignity at work, and safe working conditions. For more
than a decade, we have led an effort to build

a permanent art memorial to the victims and legacy of the fire. On October 11, 2023, the Triangle Fire Memorial, designed by Richard Joon Yoo and Uri Wegman, was dedicated at the site of the historic fire in New York City. We need your help to pay for the costs associated with building the Triangle Fire Memorial and secure its future.
